B-WISER Science Camp - required information
B-WISER Science Camp is a non-profit institute made possible by the financial suppport of prior participants and funding from The College of Wooster and the Martha Holden Jennings Foundation. Scholarships and some programming are also made possible by the Noble Foundation, Dr. Lois Cook, American Chemical Society Section 223, and the Kathryn Rieder Bequest.
Girls currently enrolled in 7th or 8th grade are eligible to participate in the summer 2023 program. B-WISER is a girl-centered experience, and we have a gender inclusivity policy. (Please see the B-WISER website for more details.)

Congratulations on your acceptance to B-WISER! We look forward to meeting you, but first we require some additional information.
This survey is required by all campers. Contact and medical information should be completed by the parent or guardian. It must be
completed promptly after acceptance

. This information is required well in advance of camp because it is important for planning purposes (e.g. to order t-shits, to make roommate assignments, and to insure that any campers with allergies, disabilities, or any special needs are accommodated).
The application consists of 45 questions. Answers should be saved in your webrowser when using the same computer or device to complete the survey.
